We are located at 301 Shanti Niketan in Sector 20, over in CBD Belapur, Mulgaon. It’s a good area for Moonrich Foods Pvt. Ltd., though it’s more of an office setup than a kitchen here. We spend a lot of time looking at supply chains and talking to producers about what’s coming in. Shanti Niketan is a familiar building in this part of Belapur, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office is usually filled with the smell of whatever samples we’re testing that day. It’s not a polished corporate space; we have boxes stacked in the corners and a lot of notes pinned to the walls. We’re a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the quality of the batches. The weather in Belapur can be quite humid, which sometimes makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we have a few fans going. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food we’re involved with is good and reaches the right places. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork for a big shipment. It’s a lot of work, and it can be tiring, but it’s what we know. We like the local vibe of Sector 20 and the fact that we can get a good meal nearby. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us, trying to keep things moving.
