Karstadt Quelle

We’ve been here at Swastik Park for a while now. Most people know the spot, it’s right off G B Rd in the Azad Nagar area. If you’re heading past Brahmand Phase Iv, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a busy part of Thane, really. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit much, especially during the morning rush, but we’ve just gotten used to it over the years. Our office is at C-1/002, and it’s nothing too fancy to look at, just a regular place where we get our daily work done. We started Karstadt Quelle because we wanted to be part of the local scene here in this neighborhood. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We keep things pretty simple and straightforward. There’s always a lot of activity around here with all the new phases of development coming up. You see the same faces every day, which is nice for a change. We spend most of our time dealing with the various tasks that come through the door. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the rains make it a bit of a challenge to get into the office, but that’s just how it is in this part of India. We don’t really go in for big speeches or flashy signs. If you walk into our space, you’ll see some desks, computers, and probably a few cups of tea sitting around.
