You can find us at 201, Ansari Compound on Ansari Road. We are really close to the ST Stand in Bhiwandi, so there is always a lot of movement around here. If you know Bhiwandi, you know it’s all about the trucks and the warehouses. Our spot is right in the middle of that. The compound is usually full of vehicles loading and unloading, and there is a constant layer of dust in the air. Inside our office at number 201, it is mostly just stacks of records and samples of what we are sending out. It’s a loud area, with the buses from the stand honking and the engines idling nearby. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the counts are right before anything goes onto a truck. The walls are a bit stained, and the furniture is definitely not new, but it works for what we need. We don't really have a reception area; you just walk in and someone will be there behind a pile of folders. It’s a lot of practical work, dealing with drivers and making sure the schedules don't fall apart. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there and wait, or we keep working by the light from the door. It is just a straightforward export business in a very busy, very dusty part of town, and we’re just part of the daily grind here.
