So, we are over in Ulhasnagar-4, specifically at Gagan Mahal on Plot No. 59. If you know the area, we are quite close to Jhulelal School. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the parents are dropping their kids off and the rickshaws are everywhere. Thane can be a bit of a haul to get to sometimes, but Ulhasnagar has its own rhythm. Kanchan Netalkar is basically operated out of this building. It’s a standard residential-commercial mix like a lot of places around here. We have been here for some time now. The building is easy enough to find once you get near the school. We don't have any big reception area or polished lobby. It is just a plain room where we sit and handle our business. The walls are painted a simple cream color and we have a few fans going to keep the heat away. Ulhasnagar gets really hot in the summer, so those fans are pretty important. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it’s the quietest. You can hear the school bell ring from time to time, which helps us keep track of the day. It’s not a fancy life, but it works for us. We just do our thing without a lot of fuss. Most people who come by are local or know someone nearby. We like the familiarity of this neighborhood and the way everyone just goes about their own business.
