Dsk International is located at No. 7 in the Old Modella Industrial Estate. We’re in the Padwal Nagar area of MIDC Wagle Estate in Thane West. It’s an old industrial patch, so the buildings have that worn-in look. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite some time now. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have some storage racks, a few packing tables, and a small area for paperwork. We deal with international trade, which means a lot of our time is spent on the phone or emailing people in different time zones. It’s a lot of coordinating between suppliers and buyers. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us managing the day-to-day tasks. The area around Wagle Estate is always busy with small trucks and tempos moving goods around. Sometimes the rain makes the roads here a bit of a mess, but we keep going. We don’t have a flashy office with modern furniture. It’s mostly just functional stuff that’s seen better days. We focus on getting the shipments sorted and making sure the paperwork is right so things don't get stuck at the port. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the industrial estate. Most of the people in the neighboring units have been here as long as we have. It’s a community of small businesses just getting things done without much fuss. We stay busy and keep track of the cargo.
