We've been here at B 401 in the Siddhi Vinayak Complex for quite a while now. Parshik Nagar is a busy spot, and Kalwa is always growing with new people moving in every month. Mostly, people come in when their laptops start acting up or if they need a specific part that’s hard to find. It’s a small space, nothing fancy, just a few workbenches and boxes of cables piled up in the corner. Sometimes the lifts in this building are slow, but people still make the trip up to see us. We spend most of our mornings just opening up cases and blowing out dust. It gets pretty loud with the fans running all day. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets crowded. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks just hear about us from their neighbors or someone else in the building. It’s just how it goes here. We try to keep things simple. If a screen is cracked, we look for a replacement. If a motherboard is dead, we tell them honestly if it’s worth fixing or not. There’s always a lot of tea going around while we work. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where we get things done. Sometimes we run out of storage space because of all the old monitors people leave behind. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. That’s just the way Aikrs Computers has always operated.
