Dilip Shekdar

Dilip Shekdar is located at 302, C-3, Rutu Park. This is on R.W. Sawant Marg, which is right near Vrindawan Society in Thane West. It’s a decent area, quite residential but with enough going on to keep us busy. We operate from the third floor. The building isn't the newest one on the block, but it serves us well. We aren't trying to be some giant company with branches everywhere. We like being a local Thane business. Dilip is usually around making sure the paperwork and the actual work get finished. We don't have a big mission or a vision that we talk about in meetings. To be honest, we don't really have many meetings at all. We just talk across the room and decide what needs to be done next. The proximity to Vrindawan Society makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. Maharashtra can be a tough place to run a business sometimes, but we enjoy the challenge. Our office is a bit cluttered with files and equipment, but it’s a working space, not a showroom. We don't use those polished scripts when people call. We just answer the phone and try to help. It is a simple life here at Rutu Park. We have been here for a good stretch of time and we know the neighbors. It is just a plain, honest operation.
