Our office is called Guru Prasad Niwas. It’s located in Shivaji Nagar, in the Second Rabodi area of Thane West. If you are in Maharashtra, you know Thane is a big, busy city. We are right in the middle of it. Cadsys Simulation I Pvt Ltd is a Private Limited company, but we keep things very grounded. Our space is more like a home office that grew into something bigger. We deal with simulation and technical CAD work. It requires a lot of concentration, so we try to keep the atmosphere inside pretty calm. Shivaji Nagar is a lively place, so there is always noise from the street, but we don’t mind it. It reminds us we are part of the community. We have our regulars who come to us for technical advice or project help. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We are just engineers and technicians sitting at our desks. Being in Second Rabodi, we are easy to find if you know the local landmarks. We have been here for a good while and plan to stay. We don't make big promises; we just take the work as it comes and try to be as practical as possible with every simulation we run. The pincode 400601 is where we’ve made our home.
