You can find us at 203 B in The Great Eastern Summit No. 66 for Jayam Holdings Pvt. Ltd. We are located in Sector 15 of C.B.D. Belapur, which is a pretty central area for businesses in this part of the city. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, though it’s mostly just looking at other office buildings and the cars below. Our office is a straightforward workspace. We have a few rooms for meetings and a main area where the rest of us sit. It’s a professional environment but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We spend a lot of time looking at investments and managing different holdings, so there is a lot of talk about numbers and market trends. The building has a decent elevator, which is a relief on the days when we have to carry up heavy files. There’s a small sandwich shop downstairs where we usually grab something quick for lunch. Sector 15 can get very crowded during the work week, so parking is always a bit of a challenge for our visitors. We’ve tried to make the office comfortable with a few plants, though we sometimes forget to water them. It’s not a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we can focus on our tasks without too many distractions. Most of us have been working together for years, so it feels quite familiar.
