Ishna Agro Fresh India Private Limited

Our office is in B103 at Jay Chandan Plaza. It is part of the Parshwa Nagar area on Mira Bhayander Road in Miraroad East. Ishna Agro Fresh India Private Limited is mostly about getting fresh produce from the farms to the markets. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. If we are late by even a few hours, the produce isn't fresh anymore. So, we spend a lot of our time looking at clocks and talking to drivers. The office at Jay Chandan Plaza is a practical space. We have some computers and a lot of logbooks. It’s not a very quiet place because Mira Bhayander Road is always humming with cars and buses. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess and everything slows down. We just have to deal with it. We aren't a big, polished company. We’re just a group of people who understand how the fruit and vegetable trade works. There’s no fancy marketing here. We just try to be reliable and get the produce moved. It’s hard work and the margins are often quite thin. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the quality of the crates. It’s just how we run things every day. It is simple work that requires a lot of attention.
