Our setup is located near Bhagwan Nagar in the Kolshewadi section of town. Specifically, you can find us at Gajanan Nagar inside the Ganpat Pawashe Chawl. It is a very local neighborhood, and the address might seem a bit long to some, but it is easy to find if you are from this part of the city. We focus on biomedical healthcare and research here. It is a lot of technical work, but we are just a small group of people doing our best in a modest workspace. The office is right in the middle of the chawl, so there is always a lot of life happening just outside our door. You can hear the sounds of the street, children playing, and neighbors going about their day while we are busy with our research. We do not have a big, fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone comes by. Our desks are covered in papers, laptops, and various research tools we use daily. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We have been based here for a while and have become a familiar sight to the people living nearby. We just focus on the healthcare and research tasks on our plate. It is a simple way of working, and we like that we are right here in the heart of a real community instead of some distant office park.
