India Fashions Limited

Our place, India Fashions Limited, is situated out in Wagle Estate on Road No. 22. We’re at Plot No. A 129/130. It’s a big industrial area, so there aren’t many trees or quiet spots around here. It’s all about warehouses and factories. We spend our days inside this big building, managing the different parts of the fashion business. It’s not a retail shop where people just walk in off the street to buy a shirt. It’s more of a hub for us. There's a lot of movement with goods coming in and out on the trucks that line up along the road. The estate is busy and can be quite dusty during the dry season. We’ve got a lot of space here, which is good because things tend to pile up quickly. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the production is moving along like it should. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just life in an industrial estate, and we just wait it out or use the generators. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we’ve been here at Wagle Estate for quite a while now. We know the neighbors and the truck drivers. It’s just a steady, working environment where we do our best to stay organized.
