Identity Salon & Spa

Identity Salon & Spa is in Eternity Mall on Lbs Marg in Thane West. We’re right there at shop G/4, which is easy to find if you know the mall layout. It’s pretty close to Teen Hath Naka, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We opened here because the mall is a good spot for locals to stop by while doing their other chores. Inside, it’s just a regular space where we do hair and skin stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the mall is crowded on weekends, but that’s just how it is. We have a few chairs and mirrors. Most people coming in are from around Thane or just passing through the junction. The staff stays busy mostly in the afternoons. It isn't a huge place, just a standard shop tucked into the ground floor. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days are slow, and we just sit and chat until someone walks in. Getting to the mall can be a headache with the Lbs Marg traffic, but once you're inside, it's cooler. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have fancy decorations, just the things needed for a salon. People usually find us when they are heading to the nearby shops or after finishing their work near the naka. It's just a local business doing what it does.
