Hotel Laxmi Vilas

Our place is right in the middle of Kalyan City, specifically at Ahilyabai Chowk. If you know Thane at all, you know how busy this area gets. It is always full of people, rickshaws, and shops. We are right in the thick of it. The hotel has been here for years, and the building shows its age a little, but we think that gives it some character. We don't have any fancy marketing people writing stuff for us; it’s just us telling you how it is. We offer rooms for people who are traveling through or have business in the market nearby. It’s a very practical location because you can walk to almost anything you need from our front door. The rooms are simple and we try to keep them as clean as possible given how much dust comes in from the chowk. We have a small staff of local guys who help with the luggage and the cleaning. It’s a busy life here, and there is always something to do, whether it’s checking someone in or getting the laundry done. We aren't a luxury spot, just a local hotel where the staff knows the area well and can tell you where the best tea is. We just keep our heads down and do our work, making sure the guests are taken care of as best as we can at Hotel Laxmi Vilas.
