We are based out of the Munisuvrat Complex in Rahnal, which is a pretty well-known spot in Bhiwandi. Our unit is 208-J2 on the second floor of Phase 2. If you've ever been to Bhiwandi, you know it's all about the warehouses and the clothing trade, and we’re right in the middle of all that. It’s a busy place with a lot of dust and trucks, but it’s where the work happens. We handle all our clothing stuff from this one floor. It isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a lot of racks and tables and people busy with scissors and sewing machines. We started here because the location makes sense for getting materials in and out. Some days the elevators are slow, so we end up carrying things up the stairs, which keeps us fit I guess. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; it's just us and a few workers making sure the quality is what it needs to be. The community here in Rahnal is mostly people like us just trying to earn a living in the textile world. We’ve had our ups and downs with the business, but we keep showing up every morning. It’s a noisy environment with the machines humming all day, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We’re just local folks doing our part in the big machine of Thane’s garment industry. Sometimes it gets stressful, but we manage to pull through together.
