Grauer & Weil ( India) Limited

We are located at B-6 in Sector-7. This part of the sector is mostly industrial, so there are a lot of similar buildings around us. Grauer & Weil ( India) Limited has been here for quite some time. The office is pretty standard. We’ve got some cubicles, a small reception area that isn't always staffed, and a lot of cabinets for all the records. Sector-7 is a busy place during the week. You see people rushing around and trucks coming in and out of the various gates. Our daily routine is mostly about staying on top of the orders and making sure the production side is synchronized with the office. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where people come to work. The tea lady comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. The building itself is sturdy, even if it looks a bit plain from the outside. We have a lot of long-term employees who know the layout of the place by heart. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important to us. We try to keep things organized, though paperwork has a way of piling up when things get busy. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a company in Sector-7 doing our part and making sure the day-to-day operations don't fall behind. We focus on the tasks we have and try to get home on time. It is a steady existence.
