Goutham Fashions

Our shop is in Goregaon West, specifically in Motilal Nagar Number -1. We are right on D B More Marg, not far from Trikoni Maidan. If you know the maidan, you can find us pretty easily. Mumbai is always moving, and this neighborhood is no exception. We opened Goutham Fashions because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s a small place, mostly just racks of clothes and a counter where we talk to people. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just show what we have on the shelves. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things difficult, but we stay open as much as we can. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We know many of the people who walk past our door every morning. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time organizing the stock and making sure things are clean. It isn't a high-end boutique with bright lights and mirrors everywhere. It’s just a local store where we sell clothes. We try to keep things simple and fair. The street outside can get noisy with the traffic and the kids playing near the maidan, but we like the atmosphere. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay. It’s just our way of making a living in this big city. We don't have fancy brochures. You just come in, look at the clothes, and see if you like anything. That's all there is to it.
