Gourmet Genex Llp

You can find us over in Titwala East, specifically in Bldg No. 02 of the ESG Sankul complex. We’re in Room B/02 on Goveli Road. If you haven't been to Manda, it’s a developing area, so there’s always some construction or something going on nearby. Gourmet Genex Llp is basically run from this small ground-floor space. It’s not much to look at, just a regular building in a residential-ish zone, but it serves us well. We chose Titwala because it’s a bit away from the madness of Mumbai, though the commute can still be a bit of a pain if you’re catching the train. Our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We unlock the shutters in the morning, get the fans going, and start working through whatever is on the list for that day. The room isn't huge, so we have to stay organized, or it quickly becomes a mess of boxes and files. We’ve got a few neighbors who have been here as long as we have, so there’s a nice sense of community in the building. It’s a simple setup. No glass walls or fancy reception desks here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before it gets too late. Manda is quiet in the evenings, which is nice after a long day of work. The local shops around ESG Sankul are where we usually grab our afternoon snacks and catch up on the neighborhood news.
