Ginny Food

Ginny Food is located on the second floor of the Thaker Majesty Building. We are in unit D-16. Our building is on Hbt Collage Road, which is usually quite busy with students and local traffic. Being on the second floor means we don't get as many walk-ins as the shops on the ground level, but we have our regulars who know the way up. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area preparing things. It’s a small team here, just a few of us working together. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of orders to get through, but we make it work. We started this because we wanted to do something with food. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets very hot, especially in the summer months when the air doesn't move much. We don't have any fancy decorations in the office part. It’s mostly just tables and the equipment we need to get through the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we have to carry supplies up the stairs, which is quite a workout. We focus on getting the food ready and making sure everything is handled properly. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. Just a small setup on Hbt Collage Road trying to keep things going. We appreciate the people who take the time to come up to the second floor to find us. It keeps us going.
