Fun And Frappe

Fun And Frappe is right at the Teen Petrol Pump Junction on L B S Road in Thane West. If you know that junction, you know it is one of the busiest spots in the whole city. We are in the Ajit Darshan building, and honestly, the noise of the traffic never really stops. We started this place because we wanted a spot where people could escape the Thane humidity for a bit with a cold drink. It’s a small place, so it can get pretty crowded with college students and people waiting for their buses. We mostly make frappes and quick snacks that don't take too long to prepare. The kitchen area is tight, and we are constantly moving around each other to get orders out. Some days the power goes out or the blender acts up, but we just deal with it as it happens. We aren't some big corporate cafe with a million rules. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things running while the traffic crawls by outside. We don't have a fancy website or anything, we just rely on the fact that people are always thirsty when they’re stuck at the junction. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just part of being in Naupada. Anyway, if you’re ever stuck in that L B S Road traffic, you’ll probably see our sign right there near the petrol pump.
