Barista Cofee

You can find us on Umarale Road in Nallasopara West. We are in the Radhakrishna building, shop number three. It’s a small spot but we make it work. Most of our morning is spent getting the machines ready and making sure we have enough milk and beans. It smells like roasted coffee in here all day, which is probably the best part of the job. We get a mix of people coming in. Some are in a hurry to get to the station, and others just want to sit for an hour and read. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Just some tables, chairs, and the counter. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of snack, and we have to tell people we're sorry. We try to keep the place clean, but with people coming in and out, the floors get dirty pretty fast. We just sweep it up when we can. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just want to serve a decent cup of coffee without making it complicated. The staff is local, so we know many of the regulars by their first names. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. If the weather is nice, we keep the door open to let some air in. It’s just a simple coffee shop in a busy part of town. We don't have a huge menu, but what we do have is usually pretty good.
