Abs Food Ingredients

We operate out of A-62 in Nandanvan-I, which is in the Satellite area of Jodhpur. It is a busy part of town with a lot of shops and houses mixed together. Abs Food Ingredients is basically a small team of us working out of this unit. We have stacks of bags and containers everywhere because that is just the nature of what we do. The space is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when a new delivery arrives and we have to find room for everything on the shelves. We spend a lot of our time weighing things out and making sure the labels are stuck on straight. It isn't the most exciting work, but it keeps us on our toes. The neighbors in Nandanvan-I are used to seeing us moving things back and forth. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger and take calls. The air in here usually smells like a mix of different spices and powders, which is something you get used to after a few days. We don't really have a showroom or anything like that. If someone comes by, they just see us in our work clothes doing the daily chores. It is a practical setup that works for a small business like ours. We try to stay organized, but with so many different ingredients, it is a constant job to keep everything in its place. We just focus on getting the right amounts packed up and sent out to the people who need them. It is a lot of counting.
