Fiducia Fashion Private Limited is based out of Bhiwandi, which everyone knows is the heart of the warehouse district in Thane. We are inside the Harihar Corporation complex, specifically in Building A9. Our units are on the first floor, spread across Galas 118, 119, and 120. It is a big industrial area, so there are always trucks coming in and out, and the air is often dusty from all the movement. Getting up to the first floor is a bit of a climb when you’re carrying things, but we are used to it by now. Inside, the space is filled with the sound of movement and the smell of new fabric. We aren’t a fancy boutique with mood lighting; it’s more of a workspace where we focus on getting the clothes sorted and ready. Some days it gets really hot under the roof, so we keep the fans running at full speed all day. Lunch usually happens together around a small table, sharing whatever we brought from home. We talk about the commute from Thane or the traffic on the highway. Dealing with fashion in such an industrial setting feels a bit strange sometimes, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load of orders. When the sun starts to set over the godowns, we start winding down and preparing for the next morning's arrivals.
