It is basically a regular office setup where we manage all the dairy stuff. Working with milk is a 24-hour job, really. It does not stop just because it is a weekend or a holiday. We usually start our day way before the sun even comes up. The mornings are quiet in Nerul until the delivery vans start moving. We have a small team here. Most of us have been together for years. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We deal with suppliers and make sure the milk gets where it needs to go. Sometimes there are delays with the transport, especially when the weather is bad or traffic is heavy in Navi Mumbai. We just deal with it as it happens. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. It is just milk and cheese and keeping things fresh. We have some old desks and a computer that takes forever to start up. It is not a showroom.
