Downtown Fashion

Downtown Fashion is a small shop located out in Badlapur West. Specifically, we are at Shop No. 209 on the 2nd Floor of Patil Arcade. The building is right there at Ganesh Chowk in the Manjarli area. One way people find us is by looking for Patil Mangal Karyalay, as it’s a big landmark that everyone knows. Being on the second floor is alright, it gets us away from the dust of the main street even if we have to walk up the stairs. Badlapur West has its own feel, it’s a bit slower than the city but Ganesh Chowk is always full of life. The shop is filled with our latest fashion items and we spend most of our time organizing the racks and talking to the people who stop by. It’s a simple business. We don't really do anything fancy to attract attention, we just keep the doors open and do our work. Sometimes the building gets a bit crowded during the wedding season because of the karyalay nearby. We have our regulars who know exactly where to find us in Patil Arcade. It’s a comfortable spot for us and we’ve been here long enough to know all the other shopkeepers. We just focus on the clothes and making sure things are in order. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being part of the neighborhood here in Badlapur.
