Bainade & Sons Farmer Producer Companylimited

We are over here at Borgaon Bazar in the Sillod area, specifically at House Number 43 which belongs to Ramsing Dalsing Bainade. Bainade & Sons Farmer Producer Companylimited is basically just a local group of us who work the land in this part of Aurangabad. It’s a family-run kind of thing but we’ve got other farmers involved too because that’s how things get done in the village. If you come down to Borgaon Bazar, you’ll find us easily enough. We aren't some big city office with glass walls or fancy secretaries. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting up at the house to talk about the crops and what needs doing for the next season. The PIN code is 431112 and we have been in this area for a long time. Our group was put together to help the local growers here in Sillod. It started small at the Bainade residence and we just kept going from there. There are plenty of challenges with farming around here but having the company makes it a bit easier to handle the paperwork and the selling part of the job. Most of us grew up in these fields so we know the soil pretty well. We don’t really do fancy meetings, just honest work and trying to make sure the families here get a fair shake for what they grow. It is pretty simple and we like it that way.
