B Texport Syndicate India Limited is located up in the Spring Leaf Tower. If you know Lokhandwala Complex in Kandivili East, you know it’s a packed area. We’re on the 12th floor in unit 1204/5. Getting up the elevators in the morning is always a bit of a wait. We’ve got a view of the other buildings from our windows. Mumbai life is fast, so we spend a lot of time just keeping up with the schedule. The office has been here for years. It’s not one of those glass and chrome places that look like a movie. It’s a regular workspace with files and a few plants that need watering. We drink a lot of tea while working on the logistics. Being in Kandivili means most of us live nearby or take the train. The monsoon season makes the commute a mess, but we still show up. We handle a lot of paperwork every day. It gets loud when everyone is on the phone. We don't really do big meetings with slides. It’s more about sitting at the desks and finishing the tasks before the sun goes down. The tower is quite tall, so we feel a bit away from the street noise. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it works for us. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs and making sure things get moved from one place to another. We don't make a big deal out of it.
