Ak Foods

Ak Foods is situated right across from the Havells Galaxy on Old Station Road. This part of town has a lot of history and the road itself is always busy with people coming and going. Our building is nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens for Ak Foods. We handle all our food business from this one spot. Being opposite a landmark like Havells Galaxy makes it easy for visitors to find us, though we don't get many people just dropping in. Most of our day is spent inside managing the stock and talking to suppliers. Old Station Road has a certain character that you don't find in the newer parts of the city. There’s a lot of noise from the traffic and the nearby train tracks, but we’ve grown to like it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small operation where everyone does a bit of everything. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just focus on what we are doing here at the shop. The building is old and sometimes things need fixing, but it’s our home for the business. We’ve been here for quite a while and plan to stay as long as we can because we like the neighborhood. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy and there is always something to do.
