We are located at House Number 989 in Dhavale Gaon. It is out in the Vangani area of Ambarnath. If you know the road towards Dhavale-Kudsavre, you can find us there. Afzal Zakir Food And Beverage Llp is basically a local operation. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space which is nice compared to the crowded parts of Thane. It gets a bit dusty on the roads during the summer but we are used to it by now. We handle everything from this one spot. The day starts early here because we have a lot to get through before the sun gets too high. We aren't using some high-tech factory. It is a lot of manual work and checking things by hand. Sometimes the power goes out in the village but we just wait it out and get back to work once it's back on. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We know everyone's name and their families too. It feels more like a community project than a big business. We pack our stuff and get it ready for transport. The trucks come down the narrow roads to pick up what we’ve made. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
