Our office and works are located at Plot No. A-160 in the Ttc Industrial Area. We are A.S.Controls Pvt.Ltd. To get here, you have to head down the Thane-Belapur Road and find the Khaime Midc section. It’s a very industrial part of the world. The road outside is usually packed with big container trucks and workers commuting to the various factories. Our plot, A-160, is our base for everything we do regarding control systems. Inside, it’s a mix of office desks and technical stations. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for showing off. We’ve been in this part of the TTC area for quite some time now, so we’ve seen the landscape change as more companies move in. The Thane-Belapur Road is the main artery for our daily lives, and we plan our schedules around its traffic patterns. It can be a bit dusty and loud outside because of all the construction and industry, but once you’re inside the gates of A-160, it’s just us focusing on our tasks. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of layers; we’re just a dedicated team in a solid industrial building. We drink our tea, check our logs, and make sure the controls are being built right. It’s steady work in a tough, hardworking part of Thane. We wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
