A. P. Tools

We’ve been here at No. 93/1C in B. Narayana Pura for a while now. If you know Whitefield Road, you know how busy it gets around here. Our shop is just one of those places where people stop by when they need something specific for a job they’re doing at home or on a site. It’s mostly just us handling the counters and making sure the shelves aren’t empty. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the wrenches and drills. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular tool shop with a lot of heavy stuff sitting around. We know most of the guys who come in by their first names because they’ve been stopping by for years. Usually, the morning starts with moving some of the bigger crates so there’s room to walk. It’s a bit cramped in here, but we manage to find what people are looking for eventually. If we don’t have it, we usually tell them where they might find it or when the next shipment is coming in. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just see the sign and pull over. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The tea stall nearby keeps us going when the afternoons get slow or when it’s raining outside. That’s pretty much how things go for us at A. P. Tools.
