Nageshkumar

I’m Nageshkumar and my place is in Cluster 19, over in Durgachak. That’s in Haldia, West Bengal. If you are from around here, you know the clusters are a big part of the township. We’ve been set up in Cluster 19 for quite some time now. It is a busy area because of the port and the industrial stuff nearby, but our little corner is just a regular workspace. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big glass front. It’s just a solid place where we get our work done every day. Haldia can be a bit dusty and loud with all the trucks, but Durgachak is where most of the life happens. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There’s always something to do, whether it’s sorting through papers or talking to the folks who come by. We don’t really do anything flashy. It’s a very straightforward operation here. Most of the people in the other clusters know us by now. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. We just focus on getting things right and making sure we stay on top of our daily list. It’s not always perfect, and some days are busier than others, but we like being here in West Bengal. It’s a good place for someone who doesn't mind hard work and a simple way of doing things. We just keep going every day.
