Kinship Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Kulanjara in the Purba Midnapur district. We aren't a massive corporation, just a group of people trying to run a decent business in rural Bengal. Our office is a simple building surrounded by green fields. Most of the time, the air is quiet except for the sound of our equipment running in the distance. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and buyers from the nearby towns. The roads around Kulanjara can be a bit tricky after it rains, so we spend a lot of time worrying about transport and delivery schedules. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we just sit around the main desk and figure out the day's tasks over some biscuits and tea. We've had some ups and downs with the market, but being in a small place like this means we know most of our customers by name. It feels more like a community than just a place of work. We handle various materials and logistics, trying to keep everything organized despite the occasional chaos.
