J.P Enterprise

J.P Enterprise is located in the village of Mecica, which is under the Tamluk taluka. A big landmark for us is the Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant nearby. You can always see the smoke from the chimneys and feel the energy of the place. Being so close to the power plant means there is always some kind of activity happening, and it influences the kind of work we do here. Our office is a simple setup in the village, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time coordinating with people from the surrounding areas and sometimes the plant itself. The dust from the roads and the nearby industrial activity is just something we live with every day. We aren't a big company with many branches; we are just here in Mecica, focusing on the local trade and making sure our small enterprise stays afloat. We don't use any marketing tricks or big promises. We just talk to the people we deal with in a normal way, without any corporate speech. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch when the weather is decent to discuss our plans for the week. It is a very hands-on operation where the owner is usually the one answering the phone or checking the goods. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while now and we just keep going, one day at a time, keeping things as simple as we can. The sky often looks a bit grey because of the factory nearby, but we’ve gotten used to that.
