We operate out of Madhavaram, specifically near the bus depot in Vadaperumbakkam. Being near the depot means it’s always busy and there’s always something happening. Our office is at No 1/3, and it’s where we do all our planning and meeting with folks. We look at a lot of different properties around this side of town. It’s an area that’s growing quite fast, so there’s always a new project or a piece of land to check out. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy glass walls. Our place is more about getting the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around construction sites. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just keep at it. People come to us when they are looking for a place to build a home or maybe some commercial space. We try to be honest about what’s available and what the costs are going to be. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in property development, and we spend plenty of evenings finishing that up. The name might sound a bit grand, but we’re just regular people working in the local real estate market. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years.
