We are located at 7A Dharmaraja Street in the Duraisamy Nagar Extension, Keelkattalai. This is in Chennai, 600 117. Ozone Projects Pvt Ltd has been our name for quite some time now. The office is tucked away in a quiet part of the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s peaceful once you get here. We work on various project plans and drawings throughout the day. There are almost always blue prints or big maps lying across the tables. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we are right in the middle of a big task. The walls are just plain white and we have some old ceiling fans that hum quite a bit. Chennai weather can be really tough with the heat, so we tend to stay inside as much as possible. We are just a small group of people working together. Most of us have known each other for many years. We don't really do the big corporate meetings. We just talk over the desks when something needs to be decided. It’s much more efficient that way. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to say hello. It feels more like a local community spot than a cold office. We don't have a marketing team or anything fancy. We just handle the projects as they come in. The street outside is a bit narrow, so parking can be a headache. But we like it here. It is where we built everything.
