Dlf Universal Limited

We are Dlf Universal Limited and our address is Flat No.5, Sathyasruthi Apartments. This is at 36, Palani Street (Extn) in Rajaji Nagar. The area is Villivakkam, which is in Chennai. The pin code is 600049 here in Tamil Nadu(India). It is a bit of a quiet street compared to the main roads in Chennai. Sathyasruthi Apartments is a small building and we are right there in Flat 5. It is a simple place to work from. We don’t have a big lobby or anyone to park your car for you. You just come to Palani Street and find number 36. Inside our flat, we have the basic things we need to keep Dlf Universal Limited running. It’s just a few rooms with tables and chairs. The weather in Chennai is usually very hot, so we keep the fans going all day long. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner when we need a break. It is not a very formal environment here. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people do. We have been in Villivakkam for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s a good spot for us. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just do our work from this flat in Rajaji Nagar and that is about it. The street is narrow so we usually walk if we need anything nearby. It's just a regular Chennai office for us.
