Sobha Developers Ltd is situated at 7 Sundaram Colony, on 4th Street in Kasthuribai Nagar. This is over in West Tambaram, Chennai. If you are familiar with this part of the city, you know it’s a settled residential area that has grown quite a bit. Our office is tucked into the colony, giving us a bit of a break from the main road noise. It’s a humble setup, really. We use a couple of rooms to keep our records and manage the different development projects we have going on. There’s always the sound of fans whirring and someone typing away on a keyboard. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a glass-fronted lobby. It’s just a regular building where we do our daily business. Our staff usually takes their tea breaks at the corner stall, and we’ve gotten to know the people living around us. It feels more like a community spot than a cold business office. We spend our hours checking schedules, talking to contractors, and making sure the paperwork for our Chennai projects is in order. We don't believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. The atmosphere is casual but we stay busy. Being in West Tambaram allows us to stay connected to the local pulse of the city while having a steady place to call our base. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on building things and keeping our commitments to the local area.
