Our office is located in Gayathri Nagar, which is over in Hasthinapuram. If you are coming from the main part of Chennai, you just head towards the Chitlapakkam post area. We are at Plot 28/10. It is a quiet enough spot for us to handle all the home building projects we’ve got going on. We have been working in the housing sector for some time now, mostly focusing on residential spots around here. The team usually spends most of the day out at various sites, so the office is where the planning and the phone calls happen. It isn't anything flashy, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet with people who are looking for a place to live. We’ve seen how much Chennai has grown lately, especially in these suburbs. Managing construction can be a bit of a headache with the weather and the supplies, but we just take it one day at a time. The local tea shop nearby is where we usually end up for breaks. We try to keep things straightforward with the people who buy from us. No big speeches or fancy brochures, just honest talk about what we can build. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. We just want to get the houses built right so we don't have to go back and fix things later on.
