VISHAL INNOVATIVE HOTELS PROJECT LLP

Our office for VISHAL INNOVATIVE HOTELS PROJECT LLP is at 42, Extn in Vallabh Nagar. It’s a bit of a mix with the records saying Kota and Karauli, but we’re mainly based out of the Kota side near 324007. This project has been our main focus for a while now. We’re not a huge chain or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to get these hotel ideas off the ground. The office is pretty small and usually has blueprints or papers scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with builders. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we’re just waiting for permits or checking on materials. We like being in Vallabh Nagar because it's a decent area and we know the people around here. My cousin helps out with the accounts sometimes. We’re just trying to build something that lasts. It takes a lot of patience to do this kind of work in India. The heat in Rajasthan doesn't help either. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just talk to people face to face when we can. Every day is different, which is fine by me. Some weeks are slow and others we can’t keep up. We just take it as it comes. That's the way we’ve always done things here. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with the work.
