We are located at A/30 on the first floor of Shetrapal Society. It's right opposite the Gujarati School in Umra. Being so close to the S.V.R. College means there are always people walking around our area. Rudraksh Hotel Pvt Ltd isn't some giant place with marble floors everywhere. It’s just a regular spot in Surat. Most days start early here because the school starts and you hear the kids outside. It can get a bit loud but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time checking the rooms and making sure the fans work and the sheets are changed. It’s honest work. The building itself is okay, just a standard structure like the others on the street. Sometimes people get lost looking for the post office near the college, but we are easy to find if you look for the school. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure everything stays in order. The weather in Gujarat gets really hot, so the AC units get a lot of use. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and deal with whoever comes in. It’s mostly just making sure guests have a place to sleep and that the bills are paid. It gets busy during certain months, but we just take it one day at a time here.
