Vakawala Children Hospital

The hospital is situated right at Majura Gate, which is usually a pretty active area. If you’re looking for us, we are directly opposite Kashi Plaza. Most people use that as their landmark because everyone around here knows where the plaza is. Being at Majura Gate means there is always something going on outside our windows. It can be a bit hectic with all the vehicles, but it makes us easy to find. The building itself has been part of this street for quite some time. We see a lot of families coming in and out throughout the day. It’s not a huge, corporate style place, just a regular hospital where we try to get things done. The lobby is often full of kids and parents waiting their turn. We keep the place clean, though with so many people coming through, it’s a constant job. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know how the daily rhythm goes. Sometimes the noise from the main road is a lot, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have any fancy bells or whistles, just the rooms and the equipment needed for the children. It’s a practical setup. People usually just drop by because they live nearby or saw the sign while stuck in traffic at the gate. We stay busy enough without needing to make a big fuss about it.
