Thakor S Sweets

Thakor S Sweets is located right along the Airport Road in Sayedpura. Being on this road means there are always cars and bikes passing by, so there is never really a quiet moment. We start things up early in the kitchen to get the batches of sweets ready before the main traffic starts. The counters are made of glass and metal, and we spend a good chunk of time wiping them down because of the dust from the road. It is just a regular shop where we keep the trays lined up so people can see what we have. Sometimes the regulars come in and they don't even have to say what they want because we already know. The ceiling fans spin pretty fast to keep the air moving, especially when it gets humid outside. We have some old posters on the wall and a small calendar near the register. It is not a place with fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the work in front of us. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is bad, but usually, there is someone coming through the door. We keep our supplies in the back room which is a bit crowded with sacks of flour and sugar. It is just a local business trying to keep things going in Sayedpura. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the neighborhood well.
