Texfab Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No-5716 on Road No-57. We are right in the heart of the G.I.D.C. in the Sachin Industrial Estate. It’s a massive area with lots of factories, and we are just one of the units along the road. The plot is quite large because we need the space for the engineering work we do. It’s always noisy with machines running and trucks idling outside. We’ve been here for years and the place has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. The floors are concrete and usually have some grease or metal shavings on them. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor in our work clothes. It’s a hot environment, especially during the summer months in Sachin, but we are used to it by now. We don't use much marketing talk because the work speaks for itself. We just take the orders and get them manufactured. The G.I.D.C. can be a maze if you don't know your way around, but Road 57 is one of the bigger ones. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the machines. It’s a no-nonsense kind of shop. We don't have time for anything that isn't related to the job at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, that's just life in an industrial zone.
