Techno Engg

Techno Engg is tucked away in Ichhanagar Society, over in the Jahangirpura area of Surat. If you know Rander Road, we aren't too far from there. It’s a pretty active neighborhood with lots of small businesses and houses all mixed together. We’ve been set up here for a while, focusing on the engineering side of things. It’s a lot of metal, grease, and noise most days, but that is the nature of the job. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We have a few machines and some benches where we spend most of our time. Usually, it's just us and the sounds of the street outside. Surat is a city that never really stops, and this corner of Jahangirpura is no different. We see a lot of the same faces coming by for different projects. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up the workspace, but usually, there’s something on the bench waiting to be finished. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork unless we have to. Most of our day is spent actually working with our hands. It’s a decent place to work and the locals are friendly enough. We spend many hours in the Ichhanagar Soc building just hammering out the details for each job. We just try to stay busy and make sure the parts we make or fix are up to what people expect from a local shop like ours.
