Tajmahal

We’ve been here in Surat for a while now, just doing our thing day in and day out. Living in 395003 means you get used to the noise and the people always moving around. It’s not a fancy setup or anything. Most mornings start with just getting things ready before the sun gets too hot. People come in, they know what they want, and we try to get it done. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times everyone arrives at once and it gets a bit messy. That’s just how it goes here. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. It’s just work. We see the same faces every week, neighbors and folks from nearby streets who stop by. We know which chair someone likes or how they want things handled. Surat has a lot of places like ours, but we just focus on our own corner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve seen a lot of stories. You won't find us on any big billboards. We’re just here in the middle of the city, keeping the lights on and making sure things are moving. It gets humid, the traffic outside never really stops, and we just keep at it. No big plans for world domination, just staying open and doing the work we know. If you're walking past 395003, you'll see us there, just like yesterday.
