Sweet International

We set up Sweet International at Nilam Diamond Complex, right across from Linda Street in Rampura. It’s a busy spot with a lot of people moving back and forth all day. We handle a variety of goods here, mostly looking at how to move things from one place to another without too much trouble. It isn’t a glamorous business. A lot of the time is spent on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. The office is usually piled with folders and samples of things we’re working on. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. Sometimes the traffic outside on the street is so loud we have to shout over it, but you get used to that after a week. We don’t try to act like a big global corporation with hundreds of offices. We’re just a local team trying to do right by the people we trade with. If a shipment is late, we find out why and try to fix it. We don't have fancy scripts for talking to people. We just say it like it is. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while waiting for news, and other days it’s so fast we don’t have time for lunch. It’s a bit of a juggle, but it works for us. We just keep the wheels turning and try to make sure no one is waiting too long for their answers.
