Sriram Industries

Sriram Industries is based in Udhna, over in the Chauraasi area. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s always loud with the sound of metal and machines. We’ve been working here for years. The neighborhood is full of small workshops and bigger factories like ours. We don't have a fancy entrance. It’s just a gate and the shop floor. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the town. We make things, though the specifics change depending on the orders we get. It’s hard work and the floor gets greasy, but we don’t mind. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay steady. Sometimes we sit outside for tea when the shift changes. The weather in Udhna can get really humid, which makes the work tougher, but we get through it. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology for our office work, mostly just old notebooks and a basic computer. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in the middle of a job. We don’t stop for much. It’s just a regular local industry. We do our part and keep the wheels turning. There’s no big secret to how we run things. Just showing up every day and putting in the hours. We like it that way.
