We started Shyamvilla Resorts Llp a while back, and our main spot is at R-301 in Devraj Residency. It is located in the New City Light area of Surat, right opposite Om Terrace. This part of Surat is growing so fast, it is hard to keep up with all the new buildings. Our office is more like a home base where we handle the resort business. It’s a 395007 address, and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the center of the city. I handle most of the day-to-day stuff myself, which means I'm often busy with everything from fixing the computer to talking to guests about their stays. It isn’t a fancy corporate setup with a receptionist and free coffee. Usually, it's just me or a coworker sitting at a desk covered in papers. We try to keep things real and simple. If there’s a problem with a booking, we just tell you and try to fix it. We don't use those big words or try to sell you something you don't need. It’s just about having nice places for people to relax when they are away from home. Being in a residency building means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so it’s a very grounded way to run a business. We are just a local Surat company doing our best to keep our guests happy while managing our work from Devraj Residency.
