Shree Nanavati Store

Our store is up on the first floor in Nanpura. It’s an older part of town, and the building has its own character. Being on the first floor means people have to know we are here to come up, but we have a good number of regulars. We’ve been in Nanpura for quite a while now. The space is filled with all sorts of goods. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a solid, local shop. The stairs can be a bit steep, but nobody seems to mind much. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure everything looks decent. Nanpura is a place with a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk around. We like the vibe of this neighborhood. It’s not as frantic as the main market areas, which is nice. We can actually talk to the people who come in. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just sell stuff. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the street from the window. Other days, we’re running around trying to keep up. It’s a very human way to run a business. We know the local delivery guys and the postman. It’s just a part of the daily rhythm here. We’re happy with our spot on the first floor and the people who make the effort to come see us every day.
